Durango Drive is the primary north-south corridor, with Buffalo Drive, Jones Boulevard and Decatur Boulevard running parallel. Ann Road, Grand Teton Drive and Elkhorn Road cross east to west, and all of them lead within minutes to the 215 Beltway or US 95, which puts Summerlin, downtown and the Strip within a highway drive. Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs, a 2,040-acre park with fishing ponds and the historic Tule Springs Ranch, is the largest open space, and Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument lies just beyond it. Centennial Hills Hospital and the Centennial Center retail area are immediately across the ZIP line.
Single-family homes built between about 2000 and 2020 dominate, with a smaller number of townhomes near the commercial corridors. Most properties belong to an HOA, though rules and dues vary widely between the many sub-communities. Public schools are part of the Clark County School District.
